It's starting to chum. Not my best week. 8-6 last week, 67-35 overall. 6-8 vs the spread slowing me down 54 wins vs the man after a hot start early.

    NY Giants at Minnesota VIKINGS

The Giants are just a terrible team right now. Collins is a turnover factory giving McNabb are real running for flop of the year. No running game either. Now they face the hottest team in the league, with the most balanced offense and a big inside pass rush.

    Cleveland at New England PATS

Couch played himself back out of his job last week. Holcombe miraculously recovers "100%" as soon as Couch starts struggling at home. What timing?

Too bad they are facing the lucky rabbit foots this week. I swear I saw some leprechauns deflecting Mare's kick wide last week.

    Carolina at New Orleans CATS

More a feeling. I suspect a close game, but I expect we will be able to dictate the run and not fall down early for this game. They've never been fast starters in the series with us.

    Dallas at Tampa Bay BUCS

I've gone back and forth. This is set up for Dallas, with their recievers, and Tampa's secondary siting on the sideline. Rice is even hurting. And Dallas' defense, undersized but fast and physical with those safties, will limit a banged up Bucs O. But at home, i do think this team will come out pissed. Dramatica pulls a FG out to win in OT.

    Tennessee at Jacksonville TITANS

McNair "slices" through JDR's D and Kearse takes his candy without axing.

    Denver at Baltimore RAVENS

Welcome back Danny Kannel. That is all.

    Detroit at Chicago LIONS

Mooch stuck with Joey, I think he responds this week.

    Seattle at Cincinnati BENGALS

Seahawks have been living dangerously the last couple of games, not putting lesser teams away. This one bites them in the ass.

    St. Louis at Pittsburgh RAMS

Holt and Bruce vs Chad Scott and the funky bunch. nuff said.

    San Francisco at Arizona 9ERS

BY took a few years off last week to show Sapp how its done. Even Rumph looked like a real NFL corner. In no way should the 9ers lose to this montley crew.

    Houston at Indianapolis COLTS

Colts just don't lose to bad teams.

    NY Jets at Philadelphia PHILLY

I'm thining, with the Eagles D coming on, it will be a rude greeting for Chad Pennington.

    Buffalo at Kansas City CHIEFS

Bills seem to have their O in better shape, but there is no tougher place to play than Arrowhead.

    Miami at San Diego PHISH

Thank you to ABC for bringing the best possible matchup again for MNF.

A night to take the wife out to dinner and say

"Honey, you are more important that some stupid football game"

She thinks you are selfless, you do not have to suffer through watching the underachieving Bolts play the overated Fins...

    7 - 7 last week. 52 - 36 for the year (59%)

Carolina at New OrleansCARThe 'Aints ain't as good as they showed last week, and we're not as bad as we looked against the flaming thumbtacks. Close, but not quite.

Cleveland at New EnglandNEThe Pates are coming off their first win in Miami, and the Oranges ain't the Phish.

Dallas at Tampa BayTBI so want Dallas to win this game, but I think they'll come up short. The Chumps might be doing some soul searching after this one.

Denver at BaltimoreBALBoller and Billick steal one against the Kanell-led Broncos.

Detroit at ChicagoCHIGoody, a pre-season game in week 8. Chandler should have enough left in the tank to pull this one out.

New York Giants at MinnesotaMINI've heard radio heads that say the G-Men match up well against the Vikes. I don't buy it.

Seattle at CincinnatiSEACinci should put up a good fight. Kitna may be a little extra motivated and Dillon's auditioning for a new team, but in the end Holmgren's 'Hawks will be too much for the Bungles.

St. Louis at PittsburghSTLBulger and the Rams are rolling, and even with the Bus starting, the men of steel will come up short.

Tennessee at JacksonvilleTENI expect a Titanic domination of the toothless Jags.

San Francisco at ArizonaSFUh, oh. The Niners finally found their running game.

Houston at IndianapolisINDWill the triplets be back intact this week?

New York Jets at PhiladelphiaPHIPennington is on his way back. Could McNabb be on his way out?

Buffalo at Kansas CityKCOffense to offense, this looks like a shootout. But KC's D is coming to play every week, which is more than I can say for the Bills.

Miami at San DiegoMIANothing like getting waxed at home in front of a few hundred million people.
