A big 12 and 2 last week makes up for that lousy week one. 25 and 19 on the year.

New Orleans vs Detroit - Saints

    Joey Harrington, meet Norman Hand.

Carolina vs Green Bay - Cats

The Pack are hurting. Let's inflict more pain.

Miami vs Kansas City - Chiefs

Upset pick. Arrowhead stadium is a tough place to play.

    Chicago vs Buffalo - Bills

Went back and forth on this one. Chicago is still reeling from injuries and the Saints collapse. But A Train could save them vs a bad Buffalo D. A Train vs Bledsoe. I’ll take Bledsoe.

Dallas vs St. Louis - Rams

Yeah, the Rams aren’t good. But Dallas is worse.

    Houston vs Philadelphia - Eagles

    Blowout.

    Cleveland vs Pittsburgh - Browns

    Cower should polish his resume.

NY Jets vs Jacksonville - Jags

    The Jets suck. Vinnie's old.

NY Giants vs Arizona - G-Men

    The bad times keep rolling

Tampa Bay vs Cincinnati - Bucs

The bungles aren't any fun to watch. They don't even know when to taunt. They got called for taunting, first play of the game vs the Falcons, after a 5 yard first down gain. They don't even know when they made a play.

Tennessee vs Oakland - The Raiders

Looks like the same Eddie from last year, meaning the same Titans, but worse on defense.

New England vs San Diego - Pats

I'm taking them till they lose.

    Minnesota vs Seattle - Hawks

Going from bad to worse in Minnesota

    Denver vs Baltimore - Broncos

    Broncos look complete

    Carolina at Green Bay-PACKERS
Green Bay will expose the Panthers for what they are: lucky

    Chicago at Buffalo-Chicago

    Cleveland at Pittsburgh-Cleveland

    Dallas at St. Louis-St. Louis

    Houston at Philadelphia-EAGLES kick ass

Miami at Kansas City-Dolphins pick apart that spotty defense and
    keep Holmes under 60 yards

    New Orleans at Detroit-Saints baby

    N.Y. Jets at Jacksonville-Jaguars

    N.Y. Giants at Arizona-N.Y.

    Tampa Bay at Cincinnati-Bucs

New England at San Diego-CHARGERS (Marty outcoaches Belichek)

    Tennessee at Oakland-Oakland

    Minnesota at Seattle-Seahawks

    Denver at Baltimore-Broncs

I had a good week last week at 13-1. I'm 24-6 on the year so far...

    New Orleans vs Detroit: NO
New Orleans by a bunch. This will be far worse than the Lions game against the Cats.

    Carolina vs Green Bay: CAR
This is a tough one to call. But if I'm going to be wrong, I'll be wrong on the side of my team. I'm going with Carolina to go 4-0 at Lambeau.

    Miami vs Kansas City: MIA
Fiedler, rather than Ricky, will probably have to beat KC. But seeing as how KC doesn't have a secondary to speak of, that shouldn't be a problem. Miami will probably put 9 men in the box and make Trent Green beat them. No worries for the 'Phins.

    Chicago vs Buffalo: BUF
Chicago is not a turf team, and Bledsoe has been lighting it up. Chicago loses in a shootout situation. Drew and the Bills get another 'W'.

    Dallas vs St. Louis: STL
Okay, THIS week the bleeding stops for the Rams. They've still got issues, but they're better than the Cowboys, especially at home. I wonder if Georgia will give ol' Jerry a big smooch after the game...

    Houston vs Philadelphia: PHI
David "Hey can I get some $#!#@ pass blocking please" Carr is in for another very long day. If he thought San Diego was bad...

    Cleveland vs Pittsburgh: CLE
Do Couch and the Browns have what it takes to go into the Big Ketchup Bottle and come away with a 'W'. I think so, and look for Couch to have a monster day against the Steelers D.

    NY Jets vs Jacksonville: JAX
Even the greatest speech in the world isn't going to change the fact that Vinnie's older than dirt and Shrek can't run the WCO. The Jags win in an ugly one.

    NY Giants vs Arizona: NYG
Collins is clicking with Toomer and Shockey. With Tiki banged up, the running game is suspect, but that shouldn't matter. The Cards' secondary isn't as good as Seattle's.

    Tampa Bay vs Cincinnati: TB
The only thing as ugly as the Bungles is the field they play on. This might be Akili's last hurrah. Why in the world does Dillon stay there? Owner must be holding his family hostage or something...

    Tennessee vs Oakland: OAK
The Titans aren't nearly good enough to go into the Black Hole and win.

New England vs San Diego: NE
KC did the Pates a favor last week--they learned not to come out flat. Brady will have a tougher time against the Chargers' D this week, too. Brees is in for a looong day.

    Minnesota vs Seattle: SEA
Seattle's got a decent defense that held NYG to field goals. Walter Jones should be shaking the rust off after his holdout, so Shaun Alexander ought to have a good day. I expect to see some chemistry develop between Culpepper and Derrick Alexander, but it won't be enough.

    Denver vs Baltimore: DEN
Good grief the Ravens are bad. How did they manage to get a MNF game? Heck, everyone in blue and orange should have a good night.

Toughest week to pick so far... a few blowouts... but a few tight games.

I had a few bad weeks early on, but last week's 13-1 helped to turn it around... current record 26-18 (Not great but better than the "pros" at ESPN, CNN/SI, and TSN.)

    New Orleans vs Detroit: Saints
I'm still standing by my belief that Detroit goes winless this year. (Their ONE shot is when they go to Minnesota on Oct. 13)

    Carolina vs Green Bay: Panthers
This game got closer in a day's time. When the news was passed down that Muhammed and Morgan might not be playing this made it a tougher call. But I still think overall Carolina has the stronger team going into this game. It helps that Ahman Green has been hurt.

    Miami vs Kansas City: Miami
    Dolphins keep rolling.

    Chicago vs Buffalo: Buffalo
Another tough game to call, but with Buffalo's D and the fact Chicgo lost their starting RT I'm gonna give the Bills the nod.

    Dallas vs St. Louis: Dallas
Probably the ONLY person on this board to go with the Cowboys with this pick, but Dallas has as OK defense and with the way St. Louis HASN'T been moving the ball I'm picking the Cowboys in an upset.

    Houston vs Philadelphia: Philadelphia
An all out slaughter. Houston won't be able to move against the Eagles D and Donavan McNabb will destroy the Texans.

    Cleveland vs Pittsburgh: Cleveland
Another hard pick here simply because you can't be sure which Steeler team will show up to the game. But I have to go with the safe bet and stick with the Browns.

    NY Jets vs Jacksonville: Jacksonville
    J-E-T-S! SUCK! SUCK! SUCK!

NY Giants vs Arizona: NY Giants
    Cards still suck.

Tampa Bay vs Cincinnati: Tampa Bay
I wish the Bengels got to play the Lions this year. I don't know WHY but I feel bad for these poor guys.

    Tennessee vs Oakland: Oakland
Do I really need to explain a lot in this pick?

New England vs San Diego: New England
Good game here. 2 Strong Defenses. New England will win this, but I'm curious just HOW GOOD San Diego's D is... curious if they're capable of slowing down Brady's air show of late.

    Minnesota vs Seattle: Seattle
    Randy Ratio:
Hit 1 Traffic Cop = 1 Night In Jail (BTW you're team sucks too)

    Denver vs Baltimore: Denver
I probably will watch Monday Night RAW instead... much more drama than the Broncos and Ravens can provide this week.

I was 10-4 last week, but NYJ over Mia & Houston over Indy were really bad picks ;) but I'm still 32-14 on the season. This week looks like 14-0

I looked at the KC upset and thought about it, I might go back and change that pick........

but I'm sticking with Buffalo. I can't believe the way they gave up after the Saints made it 14-20. Bears could lose this game in the double digits.

I'm standing firm with Pittsburgh getting it going against the Browns. I don't see Cower's job on the line here though, just the season. Expect a play-off performance from the Steelers defense.

I think if the Vikings don't win this week, they just might break our record.
