    this diet is much easier and seemingly healthier than atkins. it's a low-carb, low-fat blend. no calorie counting. eat until you are full.

    and all this was without exercise. i'm not hungry at all and we eat salmon, chicken, steak, eggs, low-fat cheeses, salads and vegetables. now we can add in fruits and stuff.

    i'll be back to me in no time.

    I would imagine that secret south beach diet sauce is a cosmopolitan blend of cubana coke whore cunny drippings with the discrete undertone of intermingled gay love juices.
