    i wish i could lift with you guys. that's what i miss having -- a workout partner. it's SO much easier.

    if sly had not shown interest i my weight bench would still be a clothes hanger.

    our first week is going well, we are shaking out the cobwebs and figureing out how many sets of what exercises and how much weight ect.

    the soreness feels good.

    i'll work out down here, but it won't be the same.

    all i've got is a bench to lay on and a pair of star dumbell bars with weights.

    being sore will be good, too.
