    Yes it does. Again, water in a glass, I might drink 1/2... water in a bottle I drink it all.

    Your right, but I trust it more than Union County Tap water and like I said somewhere else, its a mental thing for me... We were buying softdrinks and I said, why are we paying money for something that is not good for your body?

    Something about it, I open a bottle of water that I paid for and I drink it up just like I would a soda years ago... Is a waste of money to buy something if it is better for you?

    The key to atkins is the 2 week induction, getting over the cravings and off of the sugar rollercoaster. after that its just control.

    The south beach diet is exactly the same until you reach phase 2 and 3. Eating the good carbs and not the bad. Only problem is the bad ones taste better.:D

    If I remember correctly, and correct me if I am wrong, your aren't supposed to exercise when you start Atkins.
