    Didn't the Hawks have the worst record of any team to ever make the NBA playoffs? While the East should continue to trail the West, I don't know that you can count on it being quite that bad again.

    its ghetto in that place, that sums it up, however you want to view it. the majority of charlotte feels the same way which is one of the reasons he isnt selling any tickets.

    I understand the concern, but I don't care if every employee is black. It would be enough if Johnson just did a better job running the organization.

    No, Boston in 03/04 was the worst with 36 wins.

    Teams have been getting in @ 40 wins fairly consistently over the last few years.

    They aren't that far out of the playoffs.

    Vincent cost them at least five games this year. An even mediocre coach could have gotten them to 37 wins. If they do go ahead and hire Larry Brown, 40 wins should be the least everyone expects for next season.
