I had a high school friend that worked at an arbys. He said the roast beef came in in frozen loafs. He said it reminded him of giant placentas all nice and purple. I have never eaten at Arby's

The manager will not tell me. You can buy their horsey sauce in big bottles but not the cheddar sauce.

I think McClain's is the wholesaler for the Arby's around here. Don't know if they have a cash and carry store. Most likely you can find the stuff at a Thomas and Howard's (if those are still around, used to be one in Hickory on Hwy 321) or start trying the big cans at Sam's Club or one of the other warehouse clubs.
Arby's cheese sauce is straight from a can served warm, you just have to figure out who brands it for them.

Arby's Beef and Cheddar

man in my early bachelor days I used to eat those 3 or 4 nights a week.

Love the onion rolls and as good as the cheddar sauce is what makes them so good is the sweet bbq type sauce they also put on them :liplick:

I have far too much time on my hands......

MBM Corporation is the primary foodservice vendor for RTM Restaurant Group (Arby's)

MBM Corporation is based in Rocky Mount, NC

    Phone # is 252-985-7200

According to Hoover's, they distribute to Arby's, Burger King, Chick-Fil-A, Captain D's, Red Lobster, and Olive Garden. plus a couple I've never heard of.

The disturbing thing is that Captain D's and Red Lobster get their food from the same place.
