I want a recipe that taste just like the cheese they put on Arby's Beef and Cheddar Sandwhich.

I know a guy that works at the one off S. Tryon and he said he would slip a tub of this cheese out the back door for oral favors...for him and four of his buddies out behind the dumpster. PM crazydave for more information.

I had it once, albeit messy as hell. It reminded me very much of CheezWiz(sp); that cheese spread you buy in a jar and spread like jam, mayonaise, etc., except not so messy.

I have had CheezWhiz and it is not the same. I have tried all kinds of cheedar cheese sauce recipes I have found in cook books and online and nothing taste quite like theirs. I simply love the stuff.

Have you thought about just asking one of the store mgr's at one of the joints?

It's fast food. Not like some super secret covert op mission.

Are you serious? If he knew, or had the wherewithall to find out, he wouldn't be managing one of the joints. I asked Orkin what kinda stuff they used for killing ants. They said it was their own concoction/blend....[and that if he knew and told me we'd both be terminated].

Yea but you might strike up a conversation and ask it in passing. And yes, most restaraunt manager's know the recipes to the ingredients of the food they serve.

Restaurant managers, perhaps; but, for some reason I never considered Arby's, fast food joints as restaurants. Also, you know, if you've got something that's making a lot of money for you I doubt that you'd let anybody or at least a lot of people know your secret; e.g. Coca Cola...is my way of thinking.
