    the positions are more along being a recruiter within the organization. anyone can be a recruiter, especially if you are a good sales person (i'm not. Otherwise, i would have liked to work with OfficeTeam). You are trained according to the line of business that you are hired for and, of course, it helps to have strong knowledge of accounting...especially since the focus now is driving sales.
    A person must be really sales driven since they don't waste time with slow/poor performers.
