    anyone have any experience with a bug that blocks internet explorer and any other web browser completely?

    i have network access to our local systems but my pc will not allow internet access.

    Blocks all of your web browsers?

    I had something that blocked me from using Firefox. I never really tried to fix it, though. I just started using another web browser.

    i restored to over 2 weeks ago and it freed up the browser. now updating my av.

    It changes your proxy settings. there's a thread somewhere further down explaining it.

    Computer viruses are the unauthorized programs that are linked to the software's or the website which get incripted to our system once we get integrated to it. So virus are bunch of program that effect to our system in anonymous ways.
