Ok, so lets say Roy paid them, I am sure that's the reason he won all those games, lol.

You did ignore the same comment about dook players, which dook players had their parents given jobs where they did nothing but got paid??? And then you have the whole saga with MaGHETTO.

When did he get paid, by whom, yada, yada, yada.

If you think any major college doesn't have special favors for their players, whether it's money, gifts, priviledges, etc. you sir are a complete moron. It happens coach, boosters, the school, etc.

Sly is just upset because this is about the only stone he can throw right now.

Not ignored. Irrelevant. K did not approve any payments to maggette, nor did he admit to promising players parents jobs. Roy ADMITTED approving graduation gifts to players. Besides, OCTAGON OCTAGON OCTAGON. Forte's mom took a job with an agent with whom Forte ended up signing.

It has also been proven that he was told by the KU compliance folks that it was OK to have done what he did. :zaehne:

Edit - and apparently it was 3 players. None of whom were playing at the time they receiver things

Any idiot (ie. YOU) who throws the K back stone deserves this. Idiocy for idiocy. An admitted cheat vs speculated what? Certainly not cheating.

Does ignorance of the rules mean you can ignore them?

As I understand it, it wasn't ignornace of the rules. He was told by the compliance dept. that he could do what he did. Only in hindsight did they realize that he had been given incorrect information.

So both Roy and the compliance department were ignorant of the rules.
