Sounds like they'll miss his scoring more than the rebounding.

If the Heels don't walk into the final 4 I'll be amazed. Villanova and then either a State team that they own or Wisconsin?

Of course Duke should win the next 2 also but I think that Mich St and possibly Kentucky will be a lot tougher than Villanova and State/Wisconsin. Oh well, so go the brackets. I was more afraid of playing Syracuse and Oklahoma than Mich St and Kentucky anyway.

That is a huge loss for Nova. The Heels/Doherty were really recruiting him ( and Fraser) hard out of high school. They both went to Nova and the Heels ended up with Byron Sanders and Damien Grant. Man if Fraser and Sumpter had joined May, Felton and McCants imagine how ridiculously good the Heels would be now.

It sounds like Fraser has bad knees too - they better have some good guards to beat the Heels because it looks like they will have a hard time handling Williams and May inside.

as for dook I think Mich St is the team they should be most worried about. They have talent and Izzo is a good coach. This will be the third time in two years they've played so Izzo is going to win one eventually. Kentucky has looked like crap so far to me. I think Utah upsets them.

If Redick gets his shot back dook rolls to the final four. But I don't think they survive his next bad game.

:agreed: It's about time for JJ to hit a game winner or come up with a monster game one.

And what's up with playing Randolph instead of Melchionni?? Melchionni was knocking down 3 pointers at the end of the season and hardly played last game. I'm not sure what Coach K is thinking on that one. :wtf23: :wtf23:

Duke beat Michigan State earlier this year, not sure if that matters much now though. I think it was at Cameron.

UNC: beat a weakened 'nova, beat state, beat Duke and you are in the finals. This sounds more like the ACC tournament.
