    All of Scouts top 100 have signed except # 15 Noel Devine RB. Most of the Internet hype say he has some academic issues. Might see him at a JuCo for a couple years.

    Can't get on to Rivals list this morning. Don't know if they have any others besides Devine unsigned.

    ESPN's top 150 have all signed ceptin' Devine also.

    Devine is elligable to go to Prep School that's not the same thing as JuCo. He can go for a year pull his grades up to qualify as a freshmen for a D1 school.
