    Agreed, so just say the kids were part of the problem, Doh should have never let it get to that point. It's hard to remember when kids are 6' to 7' tall that they are still kids and don't know their butt from a hole in the ground.

    Matt D would have been a good coach AFTER Roy retired from UNC... would have given him more time to develope first

    Sure the kids were partly to blame, but the point is THEY ARE KIDS.

    Doherty didn't have that excuse and he was extremely disrespectful and untrustworthy and he never cultured any real bond with his players with any kind of concrete method.

    Personality wise, Doherty doesn't have what it takes to be considered a true leader IMO.
