    Pretty much all of the Niners already had theiir opinions formed about ACC teams prior to cooming to the baord though.

    All Niner fans from NC maybe. Remember, there is basketball outside of the ACC.

    All the ones that say the ACC is the best conference, every year since I've been alive.

    Differerent years different conferences. Granted, the ACC has been great for 50+ years, but it's not the best conference every year including this year. It just seems that a lot of ACC fans automatically think it's the ACC's birthright to be the best conference in the land. Not trying to lump everyone into this group, but it's alot.

    Last 10 years, the ACC has as many titles as the SEC.

    If you go back 15 years, the SEC has more titles.

    Go back 20 years and the ACC has the edge by 1 title.

    Where did anyone say that it was?

    I don't think that people feel that it's a birthright. Regardless though, whatever the motivation - it's not going to change the facts.
