UNC VS Louisville

I figured it was about time for a bitter dookie\ABCer to show up. I'm really not surprised it turned out to be you. UNC players got mugged several times in the low post and nothing was called. One time Lawson got called for traveling when a Louisville player was holding him. Both teams got the benefit of no calls. And you say Carolina fans whine, no one whines more than you.

Great game, Heels! Louisville is a good team. Louisville shot something like 53% from the field and still lost by double digits. Quality win. Now it'll get interesting.

 

Just make sure all you dookies remember this, talking about UNC fans. WYDD is your poster boy for dook crying.

 

Funny coming from fans who's schools nicknames are cryolina and carowhina. No one whines or complains more than UNC fans. If UNC won the title UNC fans would still be complaining about something, or say "Even with all the non-calls and bad calls by the refs, UNC still pulled through" I liked Pitino's comments before the game on CBS when they asked how big of a homecourt advantage UNC had playing in Charlotte and Pitino just goes "What are you talking about, I thought those were just powder blue manicans"

 

Two things here.

First, i don't seem to remember me bringing up officiating. I fully expected coming into this thread to see some heels fan complain about officiating. Guess what i saw. I'm not whining, i'm commenting on the "refs blew calls" and shit like that.

But i wouldn't expect most of you to be smart enough to understand that. Most of you probably think a pick and pop is picking a fucking booger and flicking it at someone.

Secondly, officiating probably the last 3 or 4 years has been horrendous. Teams for the most part don't prosper from a bad call because most of the time the refs go down court and call a make up call.


Carry on calling me a whiner. Go ahead and show me the first post that officiating was brought up and I'll show you why I called you guys stupid.

Sure there are bad calls every single game for every single team. If it's consistant for both teams, I have no issues with that. But when one team has a clear advantage from bad calls or the refs just ignore an obvious call in the last 2 minutes of the game is BS as well.

 

no, it would be one thing for a fan that doesn't have a team in the game, and another to imply that the officiating was bad against the team that person was pulling for.

all i did was say what the announcers said during the game in response to him talking about horrible officiating.

i wouldn't expect you guys to understand the irony of that.

i knew you were gonna say that. Bilas gushed almost the whole game about hansbrough. Almost school girl like.

And he's right. Nobody works harder, he doesn't take ANY plays off and he creates 90% of the contact. He's made that an art and while it's impressive and shows his strength, it's not a foul. He plays alot like Karl Malone, without all the cheap shots that Malone used to give people. that's a compliment.

 

Everyone knows Jay Bilas has been riding the Tar Heels jock all year. Ever since he's been in the booth he has gone out of his way to not bring up Duke, and even when he compliments them it's in a backhanded way because I think he tries hard not to show bias towards Duke since he went there and people know he did, but sometimes he tries too hard to not show bias. Hubert Davis is similar but not as bad towards the Tar Heels. He tries to be fair and show zero bias so he puts down the Heels some, and it makes his analysis worse cause he's not saying what he wants to say sometimes.
