That was an incredible game by Hansbrough. Tech gets Thaddeus Young and Crittendon next year, Two players who should be McDonald's or Parade All Americans and they only have one junior (Mario West) who isn't that great, and one senior. In two years they will be extremely tough since they are the youngest team in the ACC among the players who actually see time. Hansbrough will stay till he's at least a junior.

most of those fouls were called in the first half (i know they had at least 15 team fouls) and the actual numbers were near dead even in the second half, plus unc missed a bunch of free throws (or it just seemed that way.) funny thing, while they were pounding the daylights outta hansbrough early in the game (effectively i might add) they were knocking down everything they threw up on the other end of the court. it was one ugly ass game to win, thats for sure. GT played as physical a defensive game as any team ive seen this season.

Sorry. There is no way to justify it. The stats don't lie.

Reaching the bonus before a single foul is called on the other team? Someone's check cleared before the game.

I knew someone would fall into the trap of this stoopid defense of GT.

When you shoot 90% from 3 and 67% from 2 you're not going to get fouled that often are you? Crackpot.

Sorry. That stats don't lie. UNC fans have been saying for years that if you shoot more free throws there must be a bias. The refs won you that game my friend.

where does it say the Heels were in the bonus before getting hit with a foul. GT was making the stupidest fouls at the very beginning of the second half. they were playing careless and sloppy. I seem to remember a few UNC fouls in there as well.

GT was 9-9 3pts in the first half. UNC 0-9. GT missed 7 in the second half. not going to get too many fouls jackin shots up like that
