Carolina may have played well, but Sean May still PLAYS and LOOKS like a tub of lard. 5-13 shooting for 16 points and 6 rebounds. That's 38% shooting compared with 67% shooting for Sheldon.

it seems krissy has decided the only stat worth worrying about in college b-ball is how May does vs. dook players on the stat line

I like this little nugget from Truthaboutdook.com on his boy Saltlick

"What will Shavlik have more of this year - fouls, points or rebounds? Last night, vs Davidson, 'tender cuts' had 4 fouls, 5 points and 6 rebounds."

Then why don't u compare 38% shooting with anyone in the NCAA and tell me how he stacks up.

thats okay Kris - I'll let you continue to focus on the meaningless shit.

I'll just be happy with Sean May finishing 6th in the ACC in FG% last year and as for this season's stats so far?

Player Minutes Points Reb. FG% FT%

    Shelden W 28.5 14.0 10.5 .444 .667
    Sean May 25.0 15.5 9.0 .513 .710

and oh yeah since you just looove to compare your boy Saltlick to Jawad how about these #s
Player Minutes Points Reb. FG% FT%

    Saltlick 28.5 8.0 9.0 .389 .400
    Jawad 23.3 15.3 3.0 .571 .750

seeing as how bad a game saltlick had against Davidson I bet he wished he could pad his numbers against a few more powerhouses like Tennessee Martin :laugh1:

I meant Sean May's last game, not the whole season. The sad thing is, Sheldon was only 1 point away from equaling May's total point output, and he only took 9 shots. That's how bad 38% shooting is.

    so Krissy

want to explain Shelden's .222 shooting against Tenn. Martin?

looks like you have your own things to worry about.

it's like shooting fish in a barrel

This is useless. You present Krissy with proof and he says "No I was talking about this" and then you provide proof against the next topic and he says "no I was talking about that". Basically he's saying stupid things and attempts to cover his ass. Standard dook backer thought process.

But that is the only leg he has to stand on. Sure anybody/team can have a bad game or bad stat in one game. I guess he has a good reason to explain Shav drop in numbers or the bad game for Sheldon, or how their overall stats compare.

Of course you notice most of the seasoned duke fans aren't talking right now about meaningless crap. I will have to give them credit for that.

Ok I'll give you one bad game for Sheldon, and Shav hasn't been playing as well as he did in preason, we'll see what happens tonight.
