    #1) Tied for the best conference record in the ACC over the last two years among traditional conference teams.

    #2) Beats State every year.

    #3) 4 wins over ranked opponents in the last two seasons.

    #4) The Rutgers game wasn't Bunting's fault.

    #5) You already gave away that you do hate him, and thus your opinion of him is worthless because of hopeless bias.

    Rutgers is a solid team, from what I've read. 7-5 last year?


    I watched parts of the 1st half at the gym yesterday. Suprised both teams gave up so much on the ground.

    I was shocked that the announcers (Andre Ware is terrible) kept talking about Carolina's front four before the game. As Piper mentioned, UNC's run defense has been shit for a good while, but those guys were talking about them like they were dominant or something. Maybe they thought it was still 2001.

    he has 16(?) conf wins in 5 seasons. & remember they get to play Duke every year so that's one automatic win. I thought that D.C. Sanders would have showed off his expertise that earned his increased salary on Sat.

    if they have any hopes of going to a bowl game this is one they had to win. Too many tough conference games to not win home games against a low level big east team.

    the worst is that crappy defense was supposed to be what was the one sure thing for this team. Rutgers manhandled that UNC D Line.

    Offense wasn't so bad - McGill looked good in the first half. Dailey did pretty well and Hakeem Nicks looked very good for a true freshman.

    But it's going to be another one of THOSE years most likely for the Heels. Lose to teams they should beat. Get blown out once or twice. Win one or two upsets and have a bunch of moral victories and finish with another crappy 6-6 or 5-7 season.

    LOL....don't go gettin' all persnickity.....I was mostly laffin at Collin coming to Bunting's rescue. I think Wossa's post pretty much sums up what Tarhole fans have to look forward to ......
