    I think JamesOn has skill, but I think he got fat and happy... I don't want any people that slack off because they think they can... he's still got ability, but he ticks me off that he's stopped trying to improve now that he's got a scholly... Smith is a high flyer and impressive offensively and has SAID on record "If UNC offers I will go there"... he's arguably top 5 to a top 10 player nationally and UNC is gunshy about taking him because of Curry... I kinda wish Curry would go elsewhere because of that... not because of his skill, but because of his dedication

    Curry was Doherty's recruit.

    nuff said. A great recruit for Doherty, nothing special for Williams. There is definitely a new sheriff in town

    how does williams think he's gonna get rid of curry? i mean techincally is he allowed to run off a recruit that has already verbally committed? just curious about how roy plans to handle this

    didn't say he should , just that Curry was a big recruit for Doherty but not much in the same league as the caliber of talent Williams is attracting. Curry is a scorer but against what fkind of competition? he committed to UNC when he was a sophomore and Doherty to his credit brought him in.

    How can Williams run him off? Make him feel unwanted, over recruit him in public, tell him even if he comes he may be 2nd string or part time role player at best. Eventually Curry will take his game elsewhere. Again not saying Williams should do that, you gotta love a kid that is that gung ho UNC, and he may be the real deal.

    If he takes his game to another ACC school he could end up burning the Heels in the future. I guess I'll just trust in the new coach and know that he will have a team full of players year in and year out for the Heels

    Curry isn't really a pure point and is more of a two guy.

    No question that had Curry not already commited he wouldn't be offered right now. That said - I think Roy keeps him.

    Howver, until someone signs - Roy can do whatever he wants with Curry. There is no guarantees on any player - unless loyality and class win out.
