UNC Pembroke baseball ranked #3

    UNC Pembroke (14-1) climbed from #17 to tie for #3 in the lastest Collegiate Baseball poll found at http://www.baseballnews.com/polls/divII/currentpolldivII.htm

    It is the highest ranking achieved by the UNCP baseball program. Additionally, The Peach Belt Conference has seven teams ranked in the to 22; GA College #1, UNC Pembroke #3, North GA #11, USC Aiken #16, Francis Marion #17, Columbus State #19 and Armstrong Atlantic State at #22.

    Congratuations to Coach O'Neil, his staff and the players. Stay hunger and stay focused as there is plenty of baseball left to play.
