Please point out where I have said Duke plays a tough schedule. For that matter, point out where I said they deserve to be #1 one. SPEAK UP WOSSA, I CAN'T HEAR YOU. Actually don't speak up. Just shut the fuck up!

mathmajor, all i was saying is that stanford and kansas would blow away the teams duke has played so far like a cheap lawn chair in a hurricane.

btw, dayton gave the dookies a lil bit of a scare tonight
next stop for duke...the mighty 5 and 3 Fairfield Stags! woo hooo!!

Only reason we are playing Fairfield is because Loul Deng's brother plays for them.

I just don't recall any Duke fan giving UNC fans grief about the weak ass schedule they played last year. Of course y'all were losing to the cupcakes so maybe it just didn't seem like your schedule was that weak to us.

Sly, thats because you are like most dook fans, you have the selective memory thing going on. :D

ok, i'm brushing up on my carolina fan imitation, so here goes.

But, but, but, dayton has won 20 games the last 3 years.

Cuz, you know, that means they HAVE to be decent right?? Man, that sounded pretty good to me. Kinda like when you guys were defending penn state and rutgers.

Duke is playing a bigger cupcake schedule than i've ever seen them play. And they have no killer instinct. Much like every damn loss duke has had the past 3 or 4 years, last night duke had a big lead and blew it. Luckily they've been able to hold on for all of them this year. Them not closing out may be a reflection of coach k's coaching, or chris duhon's ability to run the offense. Probably a littl of both.

KU and Stanford were to formidable opponents who aren't nearly as good as anyone thought when carolina beat them. And, sean may or not, carolina should have beaten Iona. Even with the injuries.

By the way, did anybody see that davidson is leading the nation in scoring?? And you guys just thought duke was playing crappy against them for letting them hang 80 something on duke.

That's plural, and I'm saying y'all still shouldn't be taking credit for wins you didn't schedule. Good wins, yes. Good wins that were part of a whiz-bang non-conference schedule? Hell no.

WYDD, Sean May wasn't the only player missing for that IONA game. Williams (stomach virus), and Scott (violating team rules) were also out. That's 3 of your top 6, and the Heels are about 6 players deep as it is. BTW, McCants also had sprained fingers on his shooting hand. UNC at full strength beats IONA by 30. UNC with Williams and Scott beats Iona by 20.

Blue now you know thats part of the dookie selective memory shit going on.

Take dooks top 3 players away and they wouldn't beat most high school teams. They are almost in the same boat we are.:D
