    Kansas beat the snot out of Chapel Hill. And they won a national championship, they are better.

    No one is arguing that. Their coach also said that they played the best half of basketball that he had ever seen on Sat, so you can probably take that as a good indication that was not a common occurance for them.

    So, any one game is representative of which team is better?

    Memphis would have rolled UNC last night....athletes at every position....they could have missed every FT and would have won by 10.

    Yeah, I said that to my gf right before Memphis nutted. 'You know, UNC fans can take solace in the fact that they wouldn't have beaten Memphis anyway.'

    Actually, that would be two games, wouldn't it? Beating Chapel Hill and Mempiss. I felt like and still feel that Mempiss is the best team in the country, but Kansas beat them.

    Kansas beat Chapel Hill twice in the same game. Chapel Hill out played KU for most of the second half and KU still beat them by 18.

    lmao - so it's OK for you to decide which "better" team loses, but no one else can? Neat.

    Last I checked they only award one win, and that's for the score at the end of the game. Yes, UNC did outplay KU for much of the second half, but anyone with half a brain could see that they totally burnt themselves out in doing so and simply ran out of gas. Again, none of that takes anything away from KU, who was the better team over the course of that game.
