Agreed, I don't remember a UNC team playing this hard since DES days.

Told you Miller could shoot the 3. Hell he had a better average than ANYONE last year in practice, and that includes McCants. I remember McCants talking about the two of them having contests in practice to see who could hit the most and from the longest distance. I don't in any way think he's great, but I do think that's one thing he's good at, and I don't know why you'd say he sucks at it. I see nowhere that there's any history that he'd not.

At midnight madness last year he shot a three practically every time down the court and missed all but like two, some of them badly. It was so bad that most of the people in the Dean Dome actually booed Miller every time he touched the ball. Yes, they actually booed one of Carolina's own players very loudly at midnight madness. And I heard from other people that he did the same kind of thing in practice and always sucked at shooting threes.

But sure, I'm glad he had a good shooting night against Kentucky. Maybe he's even gotten better since being a suckass three point shooter last year, but I'm not holding my breath. If he finishes the season above 35% then I'll be amazed.

I'm just saying... but here are his stats this season in this article. Seems to be solid off the bench.

PS- KJ here's my second Inside Carolina article that you can say I posted. Gift wrapped for you for Christmas. And only what 2 or 3 months after the previous one. Darn it if its relevant to the discussion, it only matters that I've done it.

Yeah, I know he's shot well this season. If he keeps it up, great. And if he doesn't, hopefully his ass will ride the pine.
