    If you are smart enough to go a college and cheer for another college over the college you attend/attended, you are a shit head.

    When you were in high school, did you cheer for other high schools?

    I have a buddy who is a die hard UNC fan, is dad gave money to help build the Dean Dome and his brother still has season tickets. He ended up going to State because he wanted a program that only they offered. He had been going to Tarheel games since he was a small child was he supposed to be a state fan?

    If Lenoir Rhyne ever plays Duke I will pull for LRC :)

    There was talk not long ago about CVCC becoming part of the UNC system...then we might get to see Duke, UNC, NCSU, etc in Hickory.

    I chose to attend UNC. If I had accepted some academic or athletic scholarship offer to attend a lesser school, I would still have been a Tar Heel at heart and matriculation at another campus or no campus at all would never have changed that.

    I grew up rooting for WVU and - even though I didn't go there because I wouldn't wipe my ass with an engineering degree from there - I find no shame in rooting like hell for them if Va Tech isn't around. In fact, the only time I don't root for the Mounties is when they play Va Tech.

    I would not, however, put a big Mountaineer in my front yard if they had somehow won it all this year. Fuck that shit.
