    dook's run of final fours coincided with the fact that their athletic director was on the committee and there were some [cough]questionable[/cough] seeds for the dookies. Laetner not getting thrown out for stomping on that guy's chest - in fact, I'm pretty sure they called a foul on the guy laying down for a block.

    Give me a sec - I can come up with plenty more.

    Sorry, Sly. In the business end of sports there are still lots of questions about '91. Not just taking jabs. Real Sports did a pretty compelling piece on it several years back, also. Haven't seen the same about '83 or '93.

    You certainly cannot show me where UNC's athletic director had to get appointed to the committee to make up for the fact that dook's mediocre coach could not compete with UNC's legend.

    All you have to do is watch the highlights for 83 and 93. Just as compelling as and Real Sports assumptions.
