The coaches are contractually obligated to vote for the winner of the tourney. Talk about a dumbass, you are it. An incredible moron. And to be honest. You are fatter and uglier than me from what I remember from the Money. But I digress.

Lets look at it like this. If we were to play the tourney all over again UNC would be in a group of about 6 teams with equal odds to win it all around 12-15%. In 83 and 91, Houston and UNLV would be at around 30% or higher because they were by far and away above everybody else in the country. UNC isn't even close to their dominance this year. Duke in 99 would probably be a 25% favorite or so. Worse than those two teams but still the best team in the country.

UNC didn't beat anyone above a 5 seed until the final game. Sorry, one game does not the best team in the country make. Getting lucky over a 6 game stretch (in reality a 4 game stretch) does not the best team in the country make. So yeah, you have your trophy, good for you, it doesn't mean you are the best team in the country. Never has.

There were two teams in the conference UNC did not play better than. Wake has more of a claim than UNC.
