Bunting gets 2 year extension after the game. I think he'll get ACC COY as well.

 

Bunting has to be the coach of the year. I can only see Beamer beating him out - Tech was picked middle of the pack by most and they look like a shoo in to win the conference - still have to beat UVA and Miami though.

I hope the Heels can win whatever bowl they go to 7-5 will look much better than 6-6. Bunting for all his troubles ( and all the bad things I may have said about him in the past) deserves to keep his job for sure.

 

Well he had a really good 2nd half of the season.

I agree that he should keep his job, but must make some changes as part of him keeping it.

 

I think Traquil will retire. So I think we'll have a new OC, if that's the type of changes that you're talking. Wouldn't mind giving Hal Hunter a chance to be elevated there.

Gotta stick with our D coordinators. The defense started playing tons better from the second half on and that has to be at least partly due to getting comfortable with the system. Young on defense too. Lose Sensabaugh but return most (if not all) the rest of the defense.

 

Co-DC's Gutekunst and Sanders are a lock to return after the last few games. The D is very young and will get better next year. We'll be more creative on D as the players mature too.

The Bowl game is essentially a lock but to which Bowl is up in the air. The Tire Bowl is the better of the two we're in the running for and probably where we end up.

 

And Bunting gets a 2 year contract extension.... :applause: :applause:

They have had a plan all year .. it has just take a little more time to get going than anticipated.

 

Well I really like the way the running game is starting to come around. Although Durant has had a good career, I would like to see more of a pure passer back there and keeping the same type of running game. I guess putting the QB in a position to make better choices.

 

i was there and i actually felt bad for the blue devils, the heels took over the stadium. it was ugly.
