    UNC Sweeps State!

    Some of the new guys are showing glimpses of what they can do in the future. McDonald, D. Wear, Strickland, and Henson played well today (with some rough spots). Larry Drew looked respectable as well. Of course, they did this against a State team that absolutely-------------

    I watched the 1982 National Championship game on ESPN Classic this afternoon and The Tar Heels won it again. Georgetown must be stooopid, they keep giving MJ that same shot from the wing and Fred Brown keeps throwing the ball to James Worthy.

    Yea, I admit, I've been spoiled by Frank McGuire, Dean Smith, & Roy Williams over the years. I've been spoiled by good teams with great players over the years. This year's team, & Larry Drew, in particular, should be ashamed of themselves. This team shouldn't be invited to the NIT, and Drew should pack his bags & head to California. Good riddance!

    UNC gets matched up with one of the smaller schools that definitely won't give two thoughts as to what jersey the other team is wearing. Won AT Maryland & Wake and also beat Richmond I believe. I believe Miami would've been much better in the NIT than UNC.
