Relax guys, I think it will all come together in ROTK.

 

You're gonna see the queen bitch of all spiders in ROTK.

 

I know. I think she might even be worse than the one in Harry Potter 2. Hasbeen is skeered.

 

Actually Faramir was stationed north of Osgiliath. If he was going to Minas Tirith he would have headed west not south. The other thing about this is that Faramir is portrayed in the book as being of a stature close to true Neumanor blood, regal, wise, etc. That is totally lost in the book.

Yeah in the book Eomer was not banned. He was briefly jailed for giving Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli the two horses. But he was released when they visited Theoden and banished WormTongue.

They also left out the fact that Pippin looked into the Palantir.

 

I bet this will be in ROTK. I'm still waiting to see Gandalf confront Saurman, I think that will be an awesome scene. Looks like they have a lot to cover in the next film. I hear Jackson has three cuts he's looking at. A 3 hr, 3 1/2 hr, and 4 hour cut. I bet we will at least see a 4 hr cut on the DVD.

 

Lord of the Rings - 2 Towers

Didn't see a thread here so just wanted to comment...
Lord of the Rings - 2 Towers is one of the best movies I have ever seen. Definately the best special effects ever produced in a film and just absolutely incredible overall.

Better than the first one and a true instant classic. What a fuckin movie.

 

Just got around to seeing this a couple of weeks ago. And now the 3rd one's already on it's way out of theaters. Dang. This one was just as good as 'Fellowship'.
