Two-thirds of the US believe in "Creation". The other half: evolution.

One that might also be interesting (I haven't gotten it yet) is The Evolution of Plants. Given that our direct observations of macro-evolution have come largely from flora rather than fauna, I think it would be a good way to get a sense of the processes of natural change while avoiding the heated debates relating to human history.

I'd highly recommend What Evolution Is by Ernst Mayr.

Evolution has not been proven to be true. Darwin himself denied the posibilty of it being true. If it has been said to be true as you say, then whoever has made the discovery of the "missing link" can take their proof to drdino.com and claim a $250,000 reward that has been offered for over 15 years for undisputable proof of the truth of evolution.

Evolution is a religious belief and one that has government funding. So much for for seperation of church and state.

wow. that drdino site is even going so far as to say that the earth is 6,000 years old and verifiably so (tho i didn't see where they actually explained how it was verifiable).

Which religion? I don't pray to a super mutated plant or animal.

    From the Creation Museum:

Notice how the velociraptor isn't afraid of Eve. I also find her choice of woven attire to be somewhat suspicious.

Eve looks Mexican in that pic. Where did Europeans, Africans, and Chinese come from?

    More about Dr Dino..

There is about 12 hours worth of video lectures as well as more hours of video debates (Kent Hovind, aka Dr. Dino, and some of the best known professors and scientist from across America) that you can order from the site. He does not copyright any of these videos as he wants anyone to be able to recieve them. He encourages people to copy them and send them to friends.

In these videos, he gives scientific evidence of the age of the earth being only 6000 years old as the Bible claims. I don't have the time or space here to give it all, but would be happy to copy and send them to you if you want to PM me with your info. Just some of the evidence given is the population of the earth, the size of the Sahara Desert, the size of the Great Coral Reef, the gases in the atmosphere, the erosion of Niagra falls, the sedimentaion rate of the Mississippi River, just to name a few. He discusses such facts as dinosuars and how they did live on the earth with humans. All back up by Scripture and Scientific Evidence. If you don't want the videos and other resources, he has a radio broadcast that can be heard from the website.

As for the comment I made previously about evolution being a religion. Let me clarify, it is more a religious belief. One of the foundational beliefs of humanism, atheism, and secularism. All receiving government funding.
