TWC vs Viacom

    Are TWC subscribers going to lose Comedy Central, MTV, and VH1 tomorrow?




    Personally I couldn't care less about 99% of that stuff, but I would miss South Park when it returns. That said, does TWC really think their customers believe they are fighting for them? Really? I was a loyal subscriber for years, two years paying for a sports tier JUST to get Bobcat games and what's my reward this year? TWC puts their name on the building but can't get FOXHD up and running before the All Star break so loyal Bobcat fans can see their team in HD for the first time.

    Why do loyal Bobcat fans matter (all 4 of us?) Because we kept TWC despite no NFL Network, despite missing NFL games, and paid a PREMIUM to see the local NBA team. There has been no reward. I could switch to satellite tomorrow, save a ton of cash and get NFL Network HD, FOXCarolinasHD and a shitload more HD channels.


    But thanks for fighting the good fight TWC. Way to stick it to Viacom!

    Haven't heard of that one. I'm coming up on my one year special offer from Comcast so I know they are getting ready to jack up the price for my phone/tv/internet. I'm going to ask them nicely to keep the price the same. If they refuse I'm switching to FiOS. I may just do that anyway.
