    But Larry, it sounds like it was supposed to be like an action thriller. What difference does it make whether the flick made any sense. You're supposed to be mesmerized by all that action an' neckidness. :laugh1:

    I liked how they portrayed Odysseus in the movie. I wasnt expecting that.

    I'll be picking it up here shortly.

    I enjoyed it when I saw it in the theaters.

    I watched this again tonight, and really tried to pay attention to the details.

    As far as the full epic 10+ year greek-trojan war, you cannot tell that without telling the tales of Achilles' life, or the adventures of Odysseus.

    I really wish they would bring the Illiad to film in a huge trilogy. This should be Peter Jackson's next project. I believe he has the imagination to pull it off.

    There were so many historical misnomers in this film.

    While I enjoy watching it and following the "homemade" plot line, it doesnt properly tell the tale.
