if seven ACC teams ( or even six) make the dance I bet good money that an ACC/Charlotte game would be set up for round two.

The thing about this year's State team is that someone like Marcus Melvin, with Jordan Collins in the game at center, could very easily set up shop outside the arc. They have lots of guys who can score from outside. Hodge seems to be waning as an outside threat, so whenever he goes low he's taking people with him, and usually making any kind of matchup situation moot, 'cause he'll find someone with about 10 feet of free space around him.

Having said all that, I think if you're playing State, you press often and you'll be OK. So far they've had problems with the press. I expect Duke to press a bunch tonight.

And Charlotte is a pressing and trapping team. Hodge would go nuts if he drew Eddie Basden as a defender. He would have nowhere to go with the ball, passing, shooting or driving.

Good gosh a team that let ECU score 90 on them. State would back door you to death. State would have NO trouble doing anything they want on offense. Match ups?? Thats whats made State so successful this year. They are a difficult match up for other teams. Evtimov, Inside or out Melvin 6-8 can go in on smaller guys and out side for bigger guys. Scooter Sherrill, Burn you from the outside or take you to the hole. And I'm leaving out the best player and possible player of the year Julius Hodge. This isn't even worth it. Got to go get ready for Duke. take care of the Bilikens at this late date of the season, before you start the "We could whip the top teams in the ACC" shit.

The niners would dominate NC State??? Funny stuff LOL

Again, you don't know jack shit about our team, and I'm watching State right now, they don't match up well with Charlotte. Eddie and Curtis would have a field day, Plav and Demon would get so many open looks it isn't funny and more likely than not, they would be as arrogant as their fans and over look us.
