Trade Winky to Cleveland for...

IF the Browns fans continue to be assholes, Couch could be available in the off-season...for a price. Now there's something to gnaw on!
I don't think Couch is the "Fuck it, I quit" kind of guy though. I expect he will win the fans back in a few outings.

 

Man, I'd love to see it, but it would suprise me. I still think Couch can be a real good QB, maybe not great, but with a great defense behind him, I can certainly see him getting the job done. That said, if I were the Browns, I'm not giving up on him so easily. I would need to see Holcomb do it over the long term when teams are gameplanning for him, before I'm convinced.

Another Weinke thread Sandi? I don't see the Browns giving up more than a 5th for Weinke much less a young upcoming receiver AND a draft pick. Now if they want to trade an injured Holcoumb (sp) for Weinke that would work. But trades in the NFL before the trade deadline (before week 7?) are few and far between.

 

Now see, if Weinke did that (which he won't), they'd never want to let him go from here, see?
