    Sounds like Tex definitely is gone from ATL by the deadline. Where is still the big question.

    If he and Tejada both go to the AL, my money fantasy team can RIP.

    I hope he goes to the Angels. Their pitching staff is pretty solid, arguably the best manager in baseball, best closer in baseball and Vlad, Hunter and Texiera would be stout.

    Word is the Angels are really hot after Tex now. The thought of Manny for Tex would make me no longer a Braves fan.

    Sorta. It had more to do with Shane paying my $200 entry fee.

    I've already told them I won't be back next year though.

    It looks like Boston might have finally had their fill of Manny. In a three team trade Manny goes to Florida, Jeremy Hermeda(sp) goes to Pittsburgh and Jason Bay goes to Boston. The Marlins would NOT pick up Manny's 20 million option making it essentially a 2 month rental.

    Why? Who cares if Hermedia is arbitration eligible this year? He would still be a bargain at what the pay him and would still be around. Jason Bay is a nice player but he isn't even in the same zip code as Manny. Ortiz's numbers are going down if Manny isn't back there.
