As good as Matt Leinart is, it's mighty hard to see anyone winning the heisman other than Adrian Peterson.

Leinart and Peterson make sense. Wish Peterson was coming out, because he'll be a top 5 next year.

Peterson is gonna have to do it as the only real threat in a retooled offense. Good luck.

Young gets two chances two make an impression. At Ohio State and vs. Oklahoma. Win those two and you can give the guy the trophy if he can complete a few forward passes. Yes, I know OU owns Texas. Again, good luck.

Leinhart and Bush will have to deal with vote splitting. Matt should freeze him out on offense. :D

The rest of those folks would have to have a hell of a year.

    Been thinkin'.....

Ginn gets just as big of a stage as Young does since OSU plays Texas, Iowa, and Michigan. Run a punt back against Texas and he gets play. OSU has to win too.

Winning would help the rest of those guys. A lot. Leak, Riggs, McNeal. Maroney could run for a ton of yards - he's helped by Barber leaving - but he would have to go for 2000+ to win it if Minny keeps choking to Michigan and other big games.
