Hey Metro, was the field in bad shape when you played? Is the field the reason we played in K-town this year?

cpa, the field looked good when I played and it looked good this year. the problem isn't the way it looked. lately it had become impossible to drain. speculation is that all the constuction above the field and new fields might of caused more runoff. anyway, the outfield had become saturated non stop unless it was dry and hot, but in Feb-May when they need it, it stayed soaked and they had to move the games. This new system will have sand under it and a drainage and irrigation system. It will now be one of the best surfaces around, the guy doing it has done major league parks..........now we need someone to pop off 2 million for a stadium.:D
