    Tofu essentially has no taste and is high in protein.

    Only good tofu I've ever had was at Lang Van, its pretty allright there.

    You have to cook it in a very hot well seasoned high quality wok.

    i'm actually preparing tofu as i type this... okay, i just got thru.

    get yerself some firm tofu and put it between a couple plates and put some cans on top to press out the extra moisture for 10-30 minutes. cut it into little blocks maybe 1/2" wide. sprinkle some ground ginger and a little soy sauce. heat up some oil real hot in a non-stick pan and fry them on each side till nice and golden brown.

    i'm making stir-fry with em, but i suppose you could use em in something else.

    if you stir fry, do the rest of your ingredients seperately or the tofu will come apart and get mushy.
