    I agree TF, the only teammates who had any legit reason to complain about not enough shots were Withers, and MAAYBE Grier.

    Demon shouldn't be captain. I didn't see his leadership on the floor at all last year. You have to earn the right to be captain...he hasn't earned it any...

    I'm agreeing with Savio here. Demon didn't seem to help the team stay together at all last year. You can't have a ball-hog leader and expect the team to bond.

    Maybe I just saw Demon wrong last season, but he seemed to try to win games without the rest of the team. :confused:

    Once again... it's not like anybody else was putting points on the board. Sure, I'd get annoyed sometimes... like the time he took the layup instead of lobbing up to Grier for a potentially absurd alley-oop... but generally, he was THE offense.

    Yeah, I see that too...maybe he just didn't have anything to work with. They just didn't work as a team all around. Not just on Demon's part, but everybody. That article has got me pumped up. I can't wait to see a "team" out there on the floor next season.

    You can say that again - it was a bunch of one-on-one games going on out there on most nights. Looked like the damn NBA. That's the main thing I think womens hoops has over the men - it's better team ball. Maybe the team can actually bond this year.

    what about basden?

    anyone think eddie basden would be a good choice for the other co captain spot? he gives 100% all the time, but i dunno if he is vocal enough for that spot. just curious about what yall think

    I honestly don't think Eddie is going to get a ton of minutes this year. I don't know if having a Co-Capt on the bech is a good thing. He's seems like a great team-guy though so who knows.
