Forward from Tennessee. Says he is a Bobcat but I thought they traded the pick. Maybe they made this pick for Sacramento?

Harris flew somewhat under the radar as a freshman despite being a consensus top-10 recruit, with Tennessee's many on- and off-court issues under Bruce Pearl playing a part, but he certainly has the attention of NBA front offices. Regarded as a bit of a tweener, Harris has shown the perimeter ability to play small forward while displaying enough of an interior game to move to the four down the road if he adds the necessary bulk. He is a good ball handler who had no problem taking defenders off the dribble in college, though that may be more difficult for him at the next level. He has excellent floor vision and is a good shooter inside the arc, but still has plenty of room for improvement from 3-point range. Harris isn't the greatest athlete in the world, and his in-between size has scouts wondering which position he'll ultimately defend in the NBA. While Harris may have been better served by returning to Knoxville for another season, front offices gave him excellent feedback during the pre-draft process. Rather than risking going back to school and heading into the loaded 2012 class, Harris appears to have made the right move, realizing he could wind up being picked as high as the late part of the lottery this summer.

Yup... some stupid rule that won't make NBA trades official until after the draft. Even though everyone else knows its happened.
