Tire Bowl question

    Which teams is it again that go from the ACC and Big East? Like last year I think it was #5 from the ACC and #4 from the Big East.

    ACC 4 or 5 and Big East 3 or 4 depending on who's eligible and if they can get a better bowl.

    CBS is predicting GT vs Notre Dame it says ND is considered a Big East team for bowl selection.

    ACC 4 or 5 vs Big East 4 is correct. It is also correct that ND counts as a BE team if they aren't BCS eligible. A lot depends on who the bowls above the Continental Tire Bowl pick. In the first year, UVA was #2 in the ACC and ended up here and the Gator passed over WVU. Things should be clearer after the next two weekends.

    Clemson's loss threw things into a bit of turmoil on the ACC side and BC knocking off WVU was a big help on the BE end of the equation.
