    Carolina is 2nd in the NFL in 2nd Half TOP, owning the ball 59% of the time. That's about an 18/12 minute split. Pretty fucking important shit.

    I wonder what Mike Sherman thinks about that.

    FWIW, the Saints lead the league in this same 2nd half category, just a shade higher than Carolina.

    We're going to need to control the clock vs. the Saints.

    As the traditional run game suffers, I'd like to continue to see Cam running more, whether it be from a broken play or by design.

    Interesting, as I researched this, the 2008 Panthers ranked 22nd in this category. Brings back to mind all the shitty 3rd/4th quarter defensive gaffes down the stretch that year.

    The most important thing is that we're scoring on a lot of those drives. You can be dominant at TOP but still get your ass kicked if you're not doing anything with those possessions.
