    dollface, there are web sites where they offer high interest rates to risky clients. Your rates will suck, but at least you will be able to get a credit card. Good luck.

    Go back and re-read the thread. I did post the name of the bank. Carolina National Bank in Shelby, NC. Out by the Cleveland Mall! 704-487-2500. Now you call and ask them if they have an ATM machine! They do not unless they just got one and they are suppose to contact me ASAP when they get one. They told me this.
