  1. I'm glad there's fantasy football.

That's all I've got to say about that.

So, will little M last the season?

  3. no, he's going to get his ass fired real soon...so is Millen.

the problem is, he's the offensive coordinator too..he calls the plays. if they fired him, they'd have to bring in someone who knows the WCO or switch systems...either way...the Lions are on the clock....I hope Maurice Clarrett busts the system and get in the draft.

Hey, Snail, do you think Coach M would accept a demotion to OC if Millen could lure in a new HC?

Actually, if Marty goes, I think Sherman Lewis gets a shot at HC. At least, that's what a lot of sources will be pushing for, and it may be a good move for the team. Thoughts?

  5. I don't think he'd take the demotion and stay with the Lions...it would be an awkward situation. Although, I'm sure he'd catch on with another team eventually.

Sherm Lewis is an "Offensive Consultant" right now. I don't know why they don't give him some sort of coach title because that is what he does. It would make sense to either promote him to OC or head coach and OC. The whole reason, Harrington has the abilities that should make him excel in the WCO...quick release and accuracy. If they were to switch systems, then I don't know whether or not it would be fitting to his skills. They had best stop playing McMahon while he still has some trade value.

I think this is Millen's last season too.

  7. Steve Marriucci will be available at the end of the season...he's in the last year of his contract. He still has family in Iron Mountain, Michigan where he grew up and grew up a Lions fan. It is obvious Steve doesn't see eye to eye with the owners out there.
