    for accomplishments during his ACC career it should have been Thompson hands down.

    damn shocker what an idiotic thing to say.

    I guess you weren't around back then .
    Thompson had a sweet shot. He scored 57 in an ACC game.

    Averaged 30 a season one year.

    Scored 78 in the NBA one game - 2nd only to Wilt's 100 game.

    And Thompson did it before dunking - so he actually had to SHOOT the ball for most of his points. Jordan is the greatest to ever play the game.

    But Thompson had the greatest ACC career
