awesome alternative/emo/metal. Saw them live last week at Tremont and they whip serious ass. Any band that can sound as good on stage as they do on their album gets a serious kudos from me.

Oh, and when the show was over, they just hopped down off the stage and sat around and drank beer with us.

Like what you like - nobody's telling you any different (or I'm not, anyway).
But I think enough of us are convinced that there are better things than Nickelback - try this. Just go through this thread. Doesn't have to be all 200+ pages, or since you probably don't have it tuned to 40 posts/page, yours is more like 400, but go through and pick out some things that are interesting to you.

Then, with your most accessible means, pirate the hell out of that type music - not just a hit or two, entire albums - and run with it. And remember that not much of quality of the last five years of radio compares to the first 50.

And dont' forget to post your damn song :satana:

that's the thing. Different people are going to like different things. I'd expect that. I do think that the average poster to this thread has put work into what they like, though, learning, trying. For instance, I learned I didn't like Nickelback, so I tried to find something better [IMG]
