How in the world can Shula be on the hotseat for next year? Are they that loaded with talent? I mean 1 recruiting class????? I know Bama fans want results, but that is just plain fucking stoopid.

Some of it is just stirring the shit. Dude's gotta do something to write an article. But on the whole I think he's right about a lot of those.

I got a kick out of Eastern Michigan firing their coach yesterday. Like it really matters.

How bout the dude at Navy? Unbelievable. They might actually beat ND this week.

I can't believe I just typed that sentence.

I can believe it. :) I was REALLY hoping to get decent value with Navy this year. I can remember them getting ripped off a few years back on a bad spot late or they would've beaten the Irish then. They covered cause the number was huge but I wanted them to win something fierce. Can't stand ND.

But.... now I'm spooked. That line opened at 11.5 and is now down to 8. EVERYone is on Navy. As much as I hate to say it, if it goes under a TD I'm going to bet ND.

Shula? Yeah, that’s a good idea. Just jerk your kids around some more. Have 10 coaches in 5 years. That writer is a moron.

No, they haven’t had good recruiting classes in a couple of years. Hard to recruit without stability at HC, particularly under probation. Let the guy have a couple of years to dig out of the mess others made, and consider yourself lucky that a bright young NFL coordinator gave a flip.

SC would be screwed without Lou. Skip they may be able to let go, but pre-Lou, that program was a joke.

Sometimes I think the most dangerous thing to a program, particularly successful programs, are boosters with opinions. You want Fulmer’s head? UT is 6 and 2! What would UK do to be 8-5 one year? People forget what a disaster Majors and Battle were. Undiciplined losers. We had teams with future NFL Pro Bowlers on both sides of the ball that went 6-5-1.
