    I took two decongestants instead of one....I miss read the prescription.....it said take 1 every 12 hours until gone.....I took one at 8am and one at 9 am....I got fucked up on the first one and thought it said to take one every hour for 12 hours or until gone....they are 500mg.....I'm spinning like a mother fucker.....I got one of my boys coming up to check on me every hour and make sure I'm still alive.

    You have high blood pressure normally? Eat, don't drink any caffeine, drink some milk. And.... try to enjoy it, don't get freaked out, that'll make it worse.

    Well at least your last breath will be unobstructed. Seriously, It will pass. Drink lots of fluids. Decons will dehydrate you.

    drank a glass of milk....ate 4 cookies....played online poker and broke even.....

    everything feels really bright and my pupils are very small.....I think I'm going to try and sleep.
