Now that Ron has said trade me trade me.... wonder how much he would cost. I happen to think he is one of those RBs that will flourish under a new team. Give the kid a fresh start and he could be a top 10 back...

    It's interesting. I wouldn't give much.

    Here's hoping he gets waived.

For a fourth rounder. no more. He's actually cheap the next two years. for a fat slob.

I say give him a Joe Montgomery minimum wage tender and bring him into camp. If he could drop to about 240-245 and build some muscle, he might be a poor man's Alstott for us, which we need with Fox's philosophy (much like Tampa Bay's). If he works out, fine, but if not, no harm.

But trade for him? I'd trade Emmanuel McDaniel for him, maybe a 7th rounder, but that's about it.

I think that's too steep, and I don't think they'd let him go for a fourth.

He does need to lose weight and get back some burst. He'll never be a Bettis-like top 10 back though.

so now we have a fat slow running back... an upgrade from a D- to a C+ QB and Steve Smith as our #1 WR... yup that's an offensive threat
